- Security: All of our work is done in our secure location in Hillsboro, OR. We do not outsource to India, China or Costa Rica like our competitors.
- Long-term Archival Storage: We hold full-resolution versions of your videos on our servers (which are not accessible from the Internet) for free for 3 months. If you want additional copies or you have a DVD that is damaged or lost, we can make additional DVD copies.
- Easy to Use Digital Video: When you receive your video DVDs, you will be able to use them right away -- without any additional editing or conversion necessary. The DVDs will play on any standard recent DVD player.

- Archival Quality DVDs - We use only archival grade DVDs to deliver your digital video. Unlike cheap media available at the local electronics store, these disks have lifetimes of as long as 300 years. (This is described in more detail here.) We include this important option for free on every order.
- No Minimum Order - Send us a single video tape or send us 100. Each gets our full attention. You will not pay a minimum that pushes you to convert many tapes.
