You place an order.

Using our online order form, you tell us whether you will be sending photography materials, video tapes, or reel-to-reel film. We understand that many customers have thousands of images and asking for an upfront count of materials can be daunting. We don't require you to provide us with a quantity when placing your order online. You may use our posted pricing to get an estimate of your order's total, and we will have a count of materials once all of the work is completed. You send us your materials to convert

You can print a mailing label (even a prepaid UPS label if you choose) once your order has been placed. We give you guidelines on how to package your film, slides or negatives for shipment and send them to us. If you have questions at anytime during the process, help is just a click or phone call away. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it.

We convert your materials to Digital

We scan using state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained technicians. You can check on the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and going to your orders. All of your images are provided online

When all of your images are scanned, we will load them to disc and return it with all original materials. In addition, photography orders may be stored online if you select the option on the order form. We provide the option for a 1 month free trial of our online gallery for photography orders. You may cancel at anytime or if you want to continue use of your gallery after the first free month, you need to do nothing, and we will bill you $1.99 per month for the service.

Order payment upon completion

Upon completion of your order, payment will be processed based on the posted prices on our website. We use a digital count of your images to calculate the total of your order. The credit card provided when placing your order will be billed at this time, and all materials will be returned via UPS.

Return shipping via UPS

After payment has been successfully processed, all original materials along with digital copies are shipped back to customer via UPS. We use UPS ground as a standard means of return shipment at the rate of $10. If you need an expedited method of shipping back to you, please contact us and let us know. An email will be sent with a tracking # for your package once it has been prepped for shipment.
